Small-Group Cross Training
At Bé+, we believe training should be dynamic, motivating, and rooted in a team spirit. That’s why we created Bé Motion, a small-group cross-training class designed to push you to surpass yourself while staying accessible for all levels.
In groups of 2 to 8 participants, a certified coach will guide you through each session, with the goal of helping you push your limits and exceed your expectations. Through a variety of training circuits, we combine strength training and cardio to help you improve your overall fitness, build strength, and boost endurance.
Each session is a unique opportunity to progress together, in a motivating atmosphere where the group’s collective energy pushes you to give your best. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Bé Motion is designed to help you go further—always.
